Marketing Manager Job in Kenya - Aga Khan Hospital Mombasa



The Aga Khan Health Services, Kenya is a part of Aga Khan Development Network. The Aga Khan Health Service, Kenya runs two secondary care level hospitals in Mombasa and Kisumu. The Hospitals are acknowledged for quality healthcare services. They have achieved ISO accreditation and also moving towards internationally recognised clinical standards of quality and excellence.

Aga Khan Hospital Mombasa is looking for the following seasoned professionals who will be leaders in enhancing of existing Clinical programs and work with the larger AKH System in developing specific clinical improvement programs.

Marketing Manager

Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager’s main role will be to ensure business development and growth in service delivery for the hospital.

Major duties and responsibilities
  • Grow the hospital clientele base through increasing individuals who choose the hospital as their healthcare services provider
  • Work strategically to increase the awareness and use of the hospital’s services like specialist clinics, outreach centres, clinical laboratory and outpatient services
  • Plan relentless programs for improving the patient retention
  • Ensure maximum level of patient satisfaction is guaranteed.
  • Monitoring the existing corporate accounts hand!ed by the hospital and work to bring in more clients.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A post graduate qualification in Marketing.
  • The person should have more than 2 years working experience in the service industry.
  • Ability to give captivating or convincing presentations to a top level audience
  • A good understanding of the Healthcare sector will be an added advantage
  • Excellent levels of customer service and report writing skills
