technology to provide both an improved customer experience and to
understand more about and communicate with their customers.
Using a mobile app
integration, venues can also use the charging session to push customized
promotions, relevant messaging, and other offers to their guests,
providing them for the first time with an opportunity to derive concrete
value from simply making power available to their guests.

Description: Operations
is the heart of Chargifi making the installation and management of our
solution happen and taking care of the financial and operations
processes that keep our business growing. We are looking for an
exceptional individual to join our Operations team.
This person will drive all of all day to day operational tasks needed to help scale Chargifi.
An ideal candidate has a
strong background with CRM/ERM systems, (Salesforce knowledge is a
bonus), a passion for the potential of the Internet of Things, and is
motivated by the opportunity to be part of a high performing team from
the start.
Responsibilities
- Salesforce – Contribute to the continuous improvement of the system and manage the day to day contact with our managed service provider.
- Order Fulfillment – work with our Logistics Supplier to manage incoming and outgoing orders within tight timeframes. Contribute to building the structure that will allow the supply chain to scale.
- Inventory Management – prepare our inventory reports and forecasts. Recommend repeat orders based on forecast demand and supplier lead times and work with the Business Development Manager and Operations Director to make sure that we have stock to meet forecast demand. Flag demand that we have not forecast so that we can keep improving our process.
- Invoicing - Invoice customers for equipment orders and submit to relevant Account Payable departments. Follow up of unpaid invoices will also be required, thus professional client communication is a must.
- Finance – Prepare Royalty Statements and work with the BDM to analyse performance for KPI and other key meetings. Act as finance assistant on accounts payable, tax filings and other tasks.
- Client Communication – Contribute to ensuring that external and internal communications are timely and of the highest standard.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years experience with Admin/Finance/CRM/ERP tools
- Highly organized and focused individual – able to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent logistical and problem solving skills
- A passion for technology in general and the Internet of Things in particular
- A positive attitude
- Willingness to help around the office when needed

Reports - direct to the
Business Development Manager (BDM on Operational Matters and Directors
on Reporting and Financial Matters.
