Vacancy: Sales Executive – Real Estate Development and Related Products
Our Client, Real Estate
Company specializing in sale and distribution of hardware materials for
the real estate sector seeks to recruit an experienced Sales
Executives who can work with minimal supervision.
Job Summary
- Profiling of target customers
- Developing database of potential customers
- Making prospecting telephone calls
- Conducting visits to target property
- Making telephone follow ups for land sales to signing of sale agreement
- Managing relationships with existing customers
- A Diploma in Business field or Land related field
- 1 year experience in property sales for hardware related products for real estate developers
- Very presentable
- Excellent communication skills
- Training in sales
- Minimum 2 years experience in hardware sales and have big network of potential clients.
- Driving license for both motorcycle and motor vehicle will be an additional advantage.
Remuneration: A starting Salary of 30,000 with sales commission.
