Our client, a leading Manufacturing Company based in Nairobi with a huge portfolio of products is seeking to recruit a CFO for their offices in Zambia.
The successful candidate MUST have prior working experience in a Manufacturing company and must be proficient in SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising the CEO and BOD on the financial implications of business.
- Actively managing Company cash flow and on a daily basis.
- Developing a strategic proposal for asset management.
- Generates relevant projections and weekly forecasting and manages the capital needs.
- Ensuring that existing finance guidelines and related administrative procedures are adhered to.
- Participating in the operational review meetings.
- A degree in a relevant discipline.
- MBA would be an added advantage.
- Must have a CPA K / ACCA finalist.
- Must have 10 years senior management experience in Manufacturing or FMCG Company.
- Must be proficient in SAP ERP
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Must have an impeccable integrity and diligence.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully under pressure
Monthly gross salary: Approx. 6,000 USD depending on experience and qualifications.
