Our client is looking for a Marketer / Merchandiser
 

The responsibilities include:
 

1. Independently sell client products into new and existing retail convenience stores within existing distributor account base.
 

2. Ensure best product placement, presence and cleanliness (eye level placement, high traffic, multiple points of distribution with premium merchandising.
 

3. Build customer relationship with ultimate goal of increasing points of availability, promotional displays, merchandising and ultimately volume per outlet.
 

4. Follow up on payments with store manager and finance department
 

5. Monitor volume per outlet to understand areas of improvement and reasons for success.
 

Qualifications and Requirements

• Qualified in Marketing
• Good Computer knowledge and exposure
• Organizing, management and planning skills
• 1-2 years’ work experience in a similar position
• Experience interacting directly with retailers and distributors.
• Preferably a Female

KAAC JOBS - GRADUATE TRAINEES AIR CONTROL

Kenya Civil Aviation Authority is a State Corporation under the Ministry of Transport & Infrastructure, established under the Civil Aviation (amendment) Act 2002 and reestablished under Civil Aviation Act, 2013.

The Authority is seeking to recruit qualified Kenyan citizens to fill the positions in the establishment and fresh Graduate Trainees in Air Traffic Control and Aeronautical Information Services as detailed below.

The qualifications required for consideration to the respective job vacancies and training is as follows:

Graduate Trainees - Air Traffic Control Services

Qualifications:

• A first degree from a recognized university with a secondary school mean grade of C+ and a minimum score of C+ in English, Geography, Mathematics or Physics 
• ‘O’ Level certificate of at least mean grade c+ with grades (C+ and above) in Mathematics, Physics or Geography.

Additionally, the candidates will be required to:

• Pass an aptitude test for Air Traffic Controllers
• Pass ICAO Class III medical Test
• Be aged between 18 and 28 years

Graduate Trainees - Aeronautical Information Services

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in either , Information Technology, Aviation, Geographical Information Systems, Geography and Survey .
• At least mean grade C+ with grades (C+ and above) in English, Physics, Geography and Mathematics.
• Fluency in French language will be an added advantage.
• Aged between 18 and 28 years

For graduate trainees, the courses will be conducted at East African School of Aviation (EASA) Embakasi, Nairobi and will include on-job training at any of the KCAA manned airports. 

The training period for Air Traffic control Services will be one year, Eight Months while that of Aeronautical Information Services is one year.

Note: The graduate trainee opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who have recently completed their studies and meet the specifications for the courses. 

The trainees will not be eligible for salary payment during the training period.

Head of TV and Radio
 

At least 3 years of relevant experience in media industry and a degree in similar field.
 

Technical
 

At least 2 years in media with experience in transmission, automation of processes, equipment maintenance and all IT solutions (networking, computers, servers plus security).

Producer
 

At least 2 years in media, developing new shows, reviewing scripts, TV graphics, camerawork and video editing.
