Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) Massive Recruitment

Kenya Ports Authority (KPA): Some employees of KPA have been participating in a strike called by Trade Unions Congress (TUC) from 1st July 2015.
This illegal strike has disrupted port operations thus inconveniencing port customers and stakeholders in Kenya and the region. This is despite numerous circulars urging them to resume duties.

In view of the above KPA Management wishes to fill several vacancies in critical port operational areas to ensure that the port continues to operate normally.

The Authority is therefore inviting all Kenyans qualified in the following areas to report at KPA Bandari College, Mombasa on Saturday 4th July 2015 at 08.00hrs with their academic and professional certificates ready to undertake oral and practical interviews:
  1. Terminal tractor drivers
  2. Forklift Operators
  3. Top loader operators
  4. Winch operators
  5. Port clerks
  6. Coxswain

The placement will be immediate.

KPA wishes to assure its customers that Management staff have been deployed to ensure essential services are delivered while full port operations will resume by Monday 6th July 2015.

We wish to take this opportunity to apologize to our customers and stakeholders for the  inconveniences caused by this uncalled for industrial action.
