An upcoming hotel located along the
Northern Bypass is looking to fill the following positions;
Chef
Chef
- Able to undertake all kitchen operations
- Holder of a diploma from a well reknown culinary school
- Able to demonstrate knowledge in menu planning and costing
- Efficient in A la carte and ability to cope with a varied and demanding workload
- Three years working experience at a similar level
Assistant Cook
- Assist the chef
- Able to undertake all kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Holder of a diploma from a well reknown culinary school
Waiter / Waitress
- Takes food and beverage orders as per Hotel standard
- Holder of a diploma or certificate in food and beverage service from a recognised Hospitality Institution
- Guest oriented and able to converse fluently with our clientele
- Ability to work on your own and as a team
- Three years working experience from a recognised Hotel
- Quick and attentive to customers and their orders
- Well groomed, disciplined and honest at all times
Bar Man
- Must be able to make all local and cocktails
- Well mannered, good public appearance
- Conversant with computers
Room Attendant
- Responsible for cleaning guest rooms
- Replenish Guest Supplies and maintaining the highest standards
- Show respect for guest’s privacy
- Diploma in housekeeping from a recognized institution
- 2 years experience in both rooms and public area
Receptionist
- Excellent customer care skills
- Experience in the hotel industry
Sales Executive
- Marketing conference, events and room facilities
- 2 years experience in the hotel industry
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institution
